We ship worldwide from our studio or distribution partners. All orders are processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise noted

(e.g., pre-orders or made-to-order pieces).

Shipping Methods & Carriers

You’ll select your shipping method at checkout. We typically use:

DHL Express / UPS / FedEx for international deliveries

Royal Mail / La Poste / USPS for standard services

Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These fees are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.

We cannot mark orders as “gift” or understate values, as this violates international law.

Delays

We are not liable for:

Delays due to customs inspections

Courier errors or service disruptions

Force majeure events (e.g. strikes, weather)

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier first. If unresolved, contact us with your tracking number, and we’ll assist where possible.

We are not liable for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Estimated production timelines will be noted on the product page. These are subject to change due to sourcing, craftsmanship, or external delays.

You will be notified of any significant changes.
